The place was fairly clean and staff was pretty friendly and amicable. Booked a family king suite in the breakfast. The breakfast was very very good with pastries and AMAZING croissants, for instance and frequently replenished. I really enjoyed central location close to the Coliseum, Spanish steps & Trevi fountain, the airport "Ciampino ", and the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Repubblica district was worth exploring. I had very good days staying at this nice budget hotel.

We were moved to a triple room and had a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Its location right by a monumental square was particularly good and excellent.

Stayed in triple room in a very comfortable bed which was perfect for me. The breakfast was great with AMAZING croissants, and the restaurant's offer was amazing! In general the staff were nice and courteous. Marvellous location, it was not far from the Coliseum, Spanish steps & Trevi fountain.

The location was excellent, perfect for exploring the local area and right next to the landmarks. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of sweet bakeries, pastries, and eggs. - the restaurant food was delicious and savory.

This place is centrally located near a beautiful boulevard, making it convenient for exploring.

Fancy, romantic room with the towels put into shapes on the bed, lovely decorations, for example. Excellent, ideal location in Repubblica district close enough to Italian restaurants, the airport `` Ciampino '', and the alley way.

It was a wonderful stay which is too soon once you are on vacation. My triple room with A/C, lovely decorations and balcony was fancy. The location was incredible, just a short stroll away from Doria Pamphilj Gallery. I really enjoyed that the hotel was 26 minutes drive from the airport: D

Well-maintained and nice hotel in a great area, close to bars and restaurants. Exceptionally clean units with balcony. Such wonderful overall experience.

The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with a/c. The location was fantastic, minutes away from a Bernini-designed fountain.

Everything was nice, had a wonderful stay on vacation. The hotel had a marvellous location a few steps away from an art gallery. And it was also short walk to monuments, historical places to visit, Termini and local bus stops as well as Piazza Venezia and Colesseo...

This place is fantastic and conveniently located in the heart of the town, making it the perfect choice for accommodation.

The B&B Roma Royal Residence is a great base for exploring Rome attractions. The staff is friendly and creates a welcoming family atmosphere. The location is lovely, right in the heart of Rome.

Our experience was wonderful, with a triple room featuring a balcony and a jacuzzi. the bathtub was ready upon check-in. the location is in a great area with a market and shops nearby. Next door to the heart of Rome.
